How to Play Junction Solitaire

Build long sequences in alternating colors on just seven tableau piles using a four-deck piquet deck (no ranks below 7). Move one card at a time while drawing strategically from the stock.
Setup
- Deal one card to each of seven tableau piles, all face up
- Sixteen foundation piles wait empty (four foundations per suit, each built Ace up to King)
- One stock pile holds the remaining 121 cards
How to play
- Build the foundations up in suit from Ace to King
- On the tableau, stack cards face up in descending order with opposite colors (red 9 on black 10)
- Move only the top card of a tableau pile to the tableau or foundations
- Draw one card at a time from the stock; play it or leave it on the waste
- Empty tableau spaces accept any card
- Cards automatically move to the foundations once there are no other cards that could be built on them (you can change this behavior in Settings)
How to win
Objective: Move all cards to the 16 foundations.
Move all cards to the foundations. The stock runs once with no redeal.
Tips
- Create empty tableau spaces early—they're your only holding areas
- Focus on exposing Aces and low cards to build the foundations
- Plan moves carefully since the stock doesn't reset
