Klondike
How to Play Number Ten Solitaire

Number Ten uses two complete decks with a 10-pile tableau where cards can move as organized sequences, adding flexibility to a classic Klondike-like structure. The goal: Move all 104 cards to eight foundation piles, building each suit from Ace to King.
Setup
- Ten tableau piles are dealt with 4 cards in each pile. The first 2 cards of each pile are face down; the rest are face up.
- A stock pile sits to the side with remaining cards. Each click deals one card to a waste pile.
- Eight foundation piles build one suit per pile from Ace (bottom) to King (top).
How to play
- Start by playing Aces to the foundations as you uncover them.
- Build on tableau piles by placing cards one rank lower in opposite colors (like Klondike).
- Move entire runs together if each card in the run is one rank lower and opposite color from the card below it.
- Play cards from the waste pile to the tableau or foundations.
- Empty tableau piles accept any card or run.
- Matching cards move to the foundations automatically once no other card could be built on them; you can adjust this behavior in Settings.
How to win
Objective: Move all 104 cards to eight foundation piles, building each suit from Ace to King.
You win when all 104 cards are stacked on the eight foundations. You're stuck when no more valid moves exist and the stock is exhausted (there's no redeal).
Tips
- Hidden cards in the tableau hide opportunities, so focus on uncovering face-down cards early.
- With 10 piles and flexible runs, look for moves that expose hidden cards and open up tableau spaces.
- Plan your tableau moves to maximize access to waste pile cards you'll need.
