Klondike
How to Play Triple Klondike Solitaire

The classic three-deck Klondike variant with 13 tableau piles and unlimited stock redeals. Deep tableau piles and 12 foundation piles make for a longer, more strategic game than a single-deck Klondike.
Setup
- Thirteen tableau piles receive 1, 2, 3, and so on up to 13 cards (the pyramid deal), with only the top card face-up
- Twelve foundation piles (three for each suit) start empty
- The stock deals 3 cards at a time to the waste pile with unlimited redeals
How to play
- Look for Aces to start your foundation piles
- On the tableau, place cards one rank lower in the opposite color (a red 6 on a black 7)
- Move complete runs of face-up cards together when properly ordered
- Play cards from the waste and tableau to the foundations in suit order; matching cards move automatically when no other move is possible
- Click the stock to deal 3 cards; when empty, click again to redeal the waste as many times as needed
- Empty tableau piles can hold only a King or a run starting with a King
How to win
Objective: Move every card to the foundations, building up from Ace in each suit.
You win when all 156 cards are built into the foundations. You're stuck when no cards can move and redeals don't help.
Tips
- In early moves, prioritize uncovering the large piles on the right side of the tableau
- Kings are valuable for filling empty piles—use them strategically to unlock buried cards
- Look ahead when dealing from the stock; sometimes redealing gives you better access to needed cards
