How to Play Double Storehouse Solitaire

A two-deck variant where Twos are the base rank and you get three chances to work through the stock. A large reserve pile feeds your tableau while you build each foundation upward in suit.
Setup
- Eight foundation piles start with a Two each—since it's a two-deck game, every suit gets two piles
- Four tableau piles are dealt one card each, all face-up
- A large reserve (called the Storehouse) holds 19 face-down cards with only the top one exposed
- The stock holds the remaining cards; you can cycle through it up to three times (three passes total)
How to play
- Build up in suit in the foundations starting from Two, one rank higher each time (2♠, 3♠, 4♠...), continuing past King to finish each pile with Ace, the highest rank here
- In the tableau, build down in the same suit, one rank lower per card (move a 6♠ onto a 7♠)
- You can move a same-suit run together in the tableau (each card one rank lower than the one it covers); from the reserve (Storehouse), only the top card can move
- When a tableau pile becomes empty, it automatically refills with the top card from the reserve
- Deal from the stock by clicking; when empty, click again to turn the waste over and redeal (up to three times total)
- Cards automatically move to the foundations once no other card can be built on them—this behavior is adjustable in Settings
How to win
Objective: Move all 104 cards to the eight foundations, building each suit upward in rank from Two through King and finishing with Ace, the highest card in this game.
All 104 cards reach the eight foundations. You're stuck if the third pass through the stock depletes without completing the game.
Tips
- The three redeals give you flexibility—use them wisely if key cards get stuck in the waste
- The Storehouse acts like a reserve; manage it carefully since you can only see and use the top card
- Build long tableau sequences to expose more cards from the Storehouse
