Forty Thieves
How to Play Corona Solitaire

A two-deck challenge from the Forty Thieves family. Twelve tableau columns give plenty of working space, but only top cards can move. No redeal means you must be strategic about which waste pile cards to pass by.
Setup
- Shuffle two standard decks together.
- Set up 8 foundation piles in the center (two for each suit, since you're playing with two decks).
- Deal 3 cards to each of 12 tableau piles.
- Place the remaining cards in a stock pile, with an empty waste pile beside it.
How to play
- Click the stock to draw cards one at a time to the waste pile. Only the top waste card can be played.
- On the tableau, build sequences downward by the same suit. For example, place a 9 of clubs onto a 10 of clubs.
- Move one card at a time from the tableau—runs cannot be moved together.
- Cards automatically move to the foundations as soon as they're free. You can change this behavior in Settings.
- When you clear a tableau pile, it's automatically refilled with the top waste card, or the top stock card if the waste is empty.
- When all moves are exhausted, continue drawing from the stock. There is no redeal—once the stock is empty, the game ends.
How to win
Objective: Move all 104 cards to the eight foundations by suit, from Ace to King.
You win when all 104 cards are built on the foundations. You're stuck when no more plays are available and the stock is exhausted.
Tips
- With no redeal, think carefully before passing a waste card you might need later.
- The twelve tableau columns provide ample working space—use them to expose buried cards.
- Sometimes holding a high card in the tableau is better than immediately playing lower cards to the foundations.
