Foundations
How to Play Royal Rendezvous Solitaire

Two decks feed four different kinds of foundations at once: a full same-suit run, an odds-only ladder, an evens-only ladder, and four slots that each hold just a single King. The tableau is pure storage, since no building is allowed there.
Setup
- Deal 1 card face-up to each of 16 tableau piles; no building is allowed on them, though an emptied pile can hold any card
- Straight foundations (4 piles, one per suit) start on an Ace and build up by rank, Ace through King
- Odd foundations start on an Ace and even foundations start on a Two, one pile per suit each; both build by two ranks at a time—odd runs Ace, 3, 5, 7, 9, Jack; even runs 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, Queen—and each pile holds at most 6 cards
- King foundations (4 piles, one per suit) start empty and simply hold one King each
- Keep remaining cards face-down as the stock; a single pass only with no redeal
How to play
- Play a tableau or waste pile's top card onto a matching foundation
- Straight foundations build the full run: Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King
- Odd foundations build: Ace, 3, 5, 7, 9, Jack
- Even foundations build: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, Queen
- King foundations just hold a single King of the matching suit
- Tableau piles never build on each other, but when a tableau pile empties it's automatically refilled with the top waste card, or the top stock card if the waste is empty
- Click the stock to deal one card to the waste pile
How to win
Objective: Move all 104 cards to the foundation piles
You win when all cards reach the foundation piles. You're stuck when the stock empties and no cards remain playable.
Tips
- Focus on exposing cards needed for the odd and even foundations since each of those piles holds only 6 cards
- Remember the sequences: straight runs Ace through King; odd runs Ace, 3, 5, 7, 9, Jack; even runs 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, Queen
- Since the stock only gets a single pass with no redeal, plan ahead for waste cards you'll need before later cards cover them
