How to Play Private Lane Solitaire

A Streets and Alleys game with two extra cells for temporary storage. Park cards in the cells to maneuver the tableau and clear everything to the foundations.
Setup
- Four foundation piles start empty (begin with Aces)
- Two cells hold one card each; any card can be placed in an empty cell
- Eight tableau piles hold all remaining cards, dealt face-up as evenly as possible across the piles
How to play
- Build on foundations from Ace upward by rank in the same suit
- On the tableau, build downward by one rank in any suit; only top cards can move
- Move cards to or from the cells as temporary storage
- Move one card at a time between tableau piles, to foundations, or to cells
- Empty tableau piles accept any card
- Cards that can't be built anywhere else move to the foundations automatically (you can change this in Settings)
How to win
Objective: Move every card to the four foundation piles by building upward from Ace to King in matching suits.
You win when all 52 cards are moved to the four foundation piles. You're stuck when no legal moves remain.
Tips
- Use the two cells wisely for maneuvering blocked cards
- Keep at least one cell empty when possible for maximum flexibility
- Prioritize moving low cards to foundations to reduce tableau congestion
