How to Play Sevastopol Solitaire

Sevastopol is an easier variant of Kiev. You move cards onto foundations as 13-card suit sequences, with support from a stock that deals one card at a time to each tableau pile.
Setup
- Seven tableau piles are dealt in a custom pattern: four piles start with two face-down cards then one face-up card (three cards total); three piles start with three face-down cards then one face-up card (four cards total).
- Four foundation piles start empty.
- A stock of remaining cards is placed to deal during play.
How to play
- Build on the tableau downward in the same suit (6♠ on 7♠, for example).
- You can move any group of face-up cards together, even if they're not in perfect sequence; only the bottom card of the group must fit on its destination.
- Flip over face-down cards when they become available.
- Empty piles can be filled with any card.
- Click the stock to deal one card onto each tableau pile; you have one pass only.
- Once you have a complete 13-card suit sequence (Ace through King), it moves to a foundation automatically when no other card can be built (you can adjust this behavior in Settings).
How to win
Objective: Move all 52 cards to the four foundations as complete suit sequences (Ace through King).
You win when all cards are in the foundations. You're stuck when no more moves are available.
Tips
- Expose face-down cards early by creating sequences.
- Use empty piles strategically to maneuver cards and build suit sequences.
- Build toward complete suit sequences before moving them to foundations.
