FreeCell
How to Play Double Sea Towers Solitaire

A two-deck FreeCell variant where nine temporary cells hold single cards, helping you maneuver through 11 tableau piles. Build up in suit in the foundations while clearing the board.
Setup
- Eight foundation piles start empty, ready to receive Aces
- Nine cell spaces hold one card each—use these like temporary storage to move cards around
- Eleven tableau piles are dealt nine cards each, all face-up
- Five cards are dealt to cells at the start to give you working space
How to play
- Move any exposed card from the tableau or a cell to another tableau pile (building down in the same suit, one rank lower) or to a foundation (building up in suit from Ace to King)
- Place cards in empty cells to free up blocked cards in the tableau—you can only move the top card of each pile
- Move foundation cards when they're available; you can also take a card back from the foundation if it helps unblock the tableau
- Empty tableau piles accept any single card (there's no run-moving in this game, so nothing but one card lands there at a time)
- Cards automatically move to the foundations once no other card can be built on them—this behavior is adjustable in Settings
How to win
Objective: Move all 104 cards to the eight foundations, building each suit from Ace to King.
All cards reach the foundations. You're stuck if cards remain but no legal moves exist.
Tips
- Use cells strategically—they're most valuable when exposing buried cards in the tableau
- Since you can only move the top card of each pile, focus on building sequences down in suit to access cards below
- Create empty tableau spaces early; they give you the most flexibility to rearrange large groups
